Green Pea Soup
  • 1 lbs frozen peas
  • 4 cups water (or vegetable stock)
  • 1 clove garlic
  • ½ tbsp olive oil for frying
  • 1 pinch salt
  1. Fry the garlic in the oil
  2. Add the peas and the water (or vegetable stock) and bring to a boil.
  3. Cook for 4 minutes until just tender.
  4. Blend in a food processor or blender
  5. Season with salt to taste.
