Green Pea Soup
- 1 lbs frozen peas
- 4 cups water (or vegetable stock)
- 1 clove garlic
- ½ tbsp olive oil for frying
- 1 pinch salt
- Fry the garlic in the oil
- Add the peas and the water (or vegetable stock) and bring to a boil.
- Cook for 4 minutes until just tender.
- Blend in a food processor or blender
- Season with salt to taste.
