  • ½ cucumber
  • Small piece of ginger

  • ½ lemon, juiced
  • ½ avocado
  • (water if needed)

Instructions for Detoxing Green Smoothie:

Peel and slice the ginger, apple and pears.
Cut the avocado in half, remove the stone and carve out the fruit
Chop the cucumber
Throw all ingredients to the blender
Process until smooth
Add water if the smoothie is too thick
